In this role, you'll cultivate relationships with truckload carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure freight moves seamlessly from point A to B.

  • Make 100+ cold calls to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads
  • Focus on building new relationships as you build your own carrier portfolio
  • Provide top notch service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders while being rewarded for exceeding metrics such as outbound calls, loads moved and automation targets
  • Resolve service failures in an industry where chaos is bound to occur
  • Gritty, highly motivated self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed
  • Outstanding communicator, strong negotiator and the ability to connect with people
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Willing to work on-site full-time in an industry that operates beyond standard business hours
