Job Overview: The Carrier Representative is responsible for ensuring assigned freight is executed, building lasting carrier relationships, and overseeing daily shipment activities while ensuring a high level of customer service to continuously exceed our customers' expectations. The Carrier Representative reports to the Operations Manager.
