About The Position
The Carrier Recruiter plays a key role in delivering top-tier recruitment services for the Ryder organization, focusing on efficiency and leveraging cutting-edge recruitment methods. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting Non-CDL, DOT Carriers with experience in white-glove, in-home delivery using 26' Box Trucks to support our clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in expanding and maintaining a pool of qualified carriers for existing operations and any new business ventures. This position is remote and allows for work from home.
