About The Position

The Carrier Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Carrier Integration and Market Relations Team by maintaining essential documents and files up to date. This role ensures accurate contracting data by maintaining carrier-related systems and databases including profiles, master locations lists, agency codes, contracts repository and more.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with internal teams and carriers
  • Teamwork: Collaborates well with others and supports team success
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ethics & Integrity: Maintains confidentiality and upholds organizational values.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Carrier Integration and Market Relations Team
  • Assist in maintaining accurate Corporate Profiles and Master Agency Profiles
  • Assist in maintaining accurate Master Carrier Contact List
  • Assist in uploading various agreements into the database and contract repository
  • Send E&O certificates as requested
  • Support Carrier Integration Inbox as needed
  • Support Carrier Integration Contracting Specialists as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned
