About The Position

As our Carrier Liaison Coordinator on the Employee Health & Benefits Operational Services team, you’ll enthusiastically support our agency’s efforts to build and strengthen relationships with insurance carriers and production teams. You’ll manage carrier meetings and visits, making sure the right people are involved and that these interactions are productive. You’ll be the go-to person for sharing important carrier updates and opportunities with our teams, coordinating sponsorships for events, and helping organize training and continuing education sessions. You’ll also assist with special projects like merger activities and contract comparisons, working closely with the Carrier Liaison Supervisor to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and events
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working approximately 30% of your time in the office and at off-site events
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in Insurance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating sponsorships or event logistics
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier operations and appetite issues
  • Ability to analyze meeting effectiveness and provide actionable insights
  • Experience supporting special projects such as mergers or internal process improvements
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for working with people
