As our Carrier Liaison Coordinator on the Employee Health & Benefits Operational Services team, you’ll enthusiastically support our agency’s efforts to build and strengthen relationships with insurance carriers and production teams. You’ll manage carrier meetings and visits, making sure the right people are involved and that these interactions are productive. You’ll be the go-to person for sharing important carrier updates and opportunities with our teams, coordinating sponsorships for events, and helping organize training and continuing education sessions. You’ll also assist with special projects like merger activities and contract comparisons, working closely with the Carrier Liaison Supervisor to keep everything running smoothly.
