As our Carrier Liaison Coordinator on the team, you'll support the agency's efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers. You'll serve as a key communications link, keeping production teams informed about carrier developments and performance. You'll also manage carrier contracts, appointments, and help coordinate carrier resources for training and special projects. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Ability to manage carrier relationships and communications effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to maintain databases and licensing records Detail orientation and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks Experience reviewing and managing insurance carrier contracts and appointment obligations These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire Knowledge of the insurance industry Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Requirements

Ability to manage carrier relationships and communications effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to maintain databases and licensing records

Nice To Haves
