In this position, you will manage our B2B segment for one of Apple’s largest carrier resellers of iPhone. You will partner internally and externally to formulate, present, and implement strategies and grow the business, leveraging your deep understanding of the carrier business and industry to respond to new market challenges, address risks, maximize opportunities, and create momentum. Through your deep relationship building skills and passion for solution-based selling, you will facilitate interactions and help negotiate deals across Apple product lines within Apple Business, resulting in industry leading customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem. DESCRIPTION In this role, you will: - Navigate sophisticated organizations and quickly establish relationships and rapport both internally at Apple and with the partner - Be the face of the B2B business for this partner, building strong relationships across all levels of the B2B organization - Understand your partner’s challenges and perspectives. It’s incredibly valuable to build credibility and a keen eye for business—to create the ideal synergy between Apple and your partner’s objectives. - Invest in cross-functional relationships at Apple across Ops, Marcom, Product Marketing, WW Enterprise teams and more to secure the best outcome for both Apple and the partner - Build, manage, and leverage valued interactions and relationships with executive decision-makers and work across the customer organization to get the right things done - Guide initiatives to improve the account and the carrier’s dedication to Apple products over time - Partner internally to facilitate all aspects of account management from day-to-day to strategic interactions - Identify new business opportunities and define and execute upon new business models and structural programs - Outline negotiation strategies and execute deals to realize quarterly and annual sales targets - Build a pipeline of longer-term deals in conjunction with our other Carrier B2B teams - Help develop and negotiate deals and see them to completion
