About The Position
Swarts Manning is seeking a relationship driven Carrier and Partnerships Manager to support and strengthen our insurance carrier partnerships while helping grow and engage our WIN network. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building strategic relationships both externally with insurance carriers and internally with agency partners.

- Experienced in insurance marketing or carrier relations
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with our carrier partners. This includes communication, assisting with appointments, supporting performance reviews, and ensuring alignment between carrier expectations and production goals.
- Actively recruit new agencies to join WIN, communicate the value of membership, and support onboarding and engagement efforts. You will play a key role in helping grow and energize our network.
