Requirements

• Carpet cleaning or floor care experience preferred
• IICRC certification is a plus (we can help you obtain it)
• Comfortable talking with customers and suggesting services
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Perform residential & commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Remove stains, treat odors, and apply protectants
• Operate professional cleaning equipment safely
• Educate customers and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Build repeat business through quality work and professionalism
