Requirements

Responsibilities

Perform carpet cleaning services using industry-leading equipment and techniques.
Inspect carpets for stains, damage, and other issues before cleaning.
Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and methods tailored to different carpet types.
Maintain and operate cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Document work performed and report any additional services required.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on cleaning techniques and technologies.
