About The Position
American Workforce Group is seeking a motivated and qualified individual to join their team as a Carpet Cleaning Specialist. This position is crucial for responding to emergency flood situations and ensuring high-quality carpet cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be part of a locally owned and operated fire and flood mitigation company located in Olympia, WA. The role involves not only cleaning carpets but also maintaining a high standard of customer service and contributing to additional sales performance. The Carpet Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the assigned company vehicle in accordance with all policies and procedures, ensuring it is in good working condition for daily job site visits. The Carpet Cleaning Specialist will be expected to respond quickly to emergency flood responses, demonstrating efficiency and professionalism in high-pressure situations. The job requires experience with various carpet cleaning machines, including truck-mounted systems, and the ability to work comfortably in wet environments, as well as with fire, flood, and mold situations. The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $24, depending on experience.
