About The Position
We are currently seeking reliable and self-motivated Carpet Cleaning Specialists to join our team in Port Angeles, Sequim, or Port Townsend. This position is part-time, with the potential for full-time hours, and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.28 to $23.08, along with opportunities for tips, weekly commissions, and monthly bonuses. While previous experience in carpet cleaning is not required, we are looking for individuals who are fast learners, possess a positive attitude, and have a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to develop excellent customer service skills and thrive both autonomously and in a team environment. As a Carpet Cleaning Specialist, you will perform high-quality carpet cleanings for Oxi Fresh customers, build and maintain professional relationships with them, and educate customers on the advantages of Oxi Fresh services. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining Oxi Fresh equipment, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and promoting additional services and products to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations. Training will be provided, including online and on-the-job training during the first two weeks of employment. This role requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an eagerness to learn. Dependability and reliability are crucial, as well as the ability to communicate clearly, write legibly, and keep orderly records. Candidates must have dependable transportation, a smartphone with internet access to use the Oxi Fresh App, and the ability to pass a background check. Physical requirements include the ability to lift cleaning equipment (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and perform bending and kneeling tasks.
