Floor Tec Cleaning & Restoration is expanding into the Sioux Falls market, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated Carpet Cleaning & Mitigation Technician to join our team. Requirements
- Hardworking, dependable, positive attitude
- Enjoys hands-on physical work
- Comfortable working in homes, businesses, and damaged environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- No experience required — we’ll train the right person
Nice To Haves
- Carpet cleaning or restoration experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Perform professional carpet cleaning , upholstery cleaning, and related services
- Assist with water mitigation , equipment setup, moisture monitoring, and cleanup
- Assist in Mold and Fire Mitigation jobs.
- Interact with customers on-site with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain cleaning and mitigation equipment
- Document jobs through photos, notes, and readings
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule (water damage emergencies)
