As our Carpentry Trade Superintendent, you’ll lead a division of carpentry, setting the standard for safety, quality, and performance. You’ll serve as a safety leader, ensuring SQPs are completed, policies are enforced, and every team member goes home safe—every day. You’ll also be the champion of quality control, ensuring work is completed per contract documents and done right the first time. From reviewing estimates and preparing job sites to building production plans that align with budgets, you’ll keep projects efficient, accountable, and profitable. We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader with commercial carpentry management experience who’s ready to step into a role with real ownership and influence.
