About The Position

We’re seeking dependable and experienced Commercial Service Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair duties in commercial buildings. You’ll have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality service to our valued clients. What You’ll Do: Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim work. Perform glazing work, including the installation and replacement of commercial glass, storefronts, curtain walls, and aluminum frames. Complete masonry repairs such as brick/block replacement, tuckpointing, concrete patching, and mortar work. Perform basic electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, outlets, etc.). Perform light plumbing (clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc.). Build and repair structures such as partitions, walls, and flooring. Perform general maintenance as required. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national building codes. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

Holds a valid driver’s license.
Experience as a carpenter, glazer, mason, or general handyman.
