About The Position

Bayland Buildings is actively seeking a Carpentry Leadman to work alongside crew members to complete the rough and finish Carpentry of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. Requirements

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
Read and understand blueprints; required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel
Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
Ability to perform physical labor
Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
Must possess skills to multi-task and meet deadlines
Committed to maintaining a safe work environment

Responsibilities

Lead and work with crew members performing rough and finish carpentry on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects
Frame interior walls, install trim and door frames, hang doors, and bath partitions
Work closely with the Foreman to motivate, train, and mentor a crew of 3-4 carpenters
Lead and always maintain a safe and quality work culture
Assist in planning and organizing daily jobsite operations
Ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient production
Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and in a fast-paced work environment
