As a Carpentry Estimator at Marous Brothers Construction, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around the intricate art of estimating within the carpentry and interiors realm. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in estimating competitive bid projects and conceptual budgeting.
  • Organizing estimating activities
  • Reviewing and analyzing project documents
  • Developing project conditions
  • Collaborating with the Chief Estimator or Director of Preconstruction
  • Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in public speaking, coaching, and mentoring
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Building relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • High ethical standards
  • Strong technical expertise
  • Attention to detail for accurate cost estimations
  • Excellent mathematical and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, especially in carpentry and interiors
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • We conduct pre-employment drug testing
