Requirements

5 years of experience in estimating competitive bid projects and conceptual budgeting.
Organizing estimating activities
Reviewing and analyzing project documents
Developing project conditions
Collaborating with the Chief Estimator or Director of Preconstruction
Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficient in public speaking, coaching, and mentoring
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Building relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
High ethical standards
Strong technical expertise
Attention to detail for accurate cost estimations
Excellent mathematical and communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with construction terminology, especially in carpentry and interiors
Strong work ethic and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Must be able to pass background check
We conduct pre-employment drug testing
