About The Position
Concrete Frame Associates is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as we continue to lead the concrete formwork and concrete frame services industry across Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for operating various motorized equipment and power tools, including saws, hammers, nails, and bolts, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. The role requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength, as you will be involved in vertical installation and framing/decking installations. You will need to quickly learn to distinguish between different types of materials and equipment, and accurately read a tape measure. The work environment may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat, as well as noise and dust from construction operations, depending on the project site. We are looking for candidates who are physically capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 pounds, and up to 90 pounds with assistance when necessary. The job also involves frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing, as well as the regular use of hand tools and power tools. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of formwork or concrete construction work experience as a Carpenter, who meet or exceed performance expectations.
