Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a carpenter in commercial construction settings
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and shop drawings

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or trade program
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Experience on active job sites with tight schedules and safety-first operations
• Familiarity with steel stud framing and concrete formwork

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and specs to plan and execute commercial carpentry work
• Construct, install, and repair structural components and finish materials (wood, wallboard, formwork, etc.)
• Operate hand and power tools safely and accurately
• Climb ladders and work from lifts or scaffolding at various heights
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs using proper technique
• Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols, always wearing appropriate PPE
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site
