About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Carpenter to deliver exceptional carpentry services to customers. The role involves executing various carpentry tasks such as installing gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, and performing repairs. The Carpenter will work independently, manage service schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Demonstrated skill in most construction categories listed in the job description.
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• Possess a current Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute general carpentry work including gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, soffit, and facia repair.
• Schedule services and gather necessary tools and materials for each project.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining the process of services and answering questions.
• Maintain a clean work area and collect payments due after completing projects.
• Work independently and manage time effectively to fulfill customer needs.
