About The Position

We are currently looking for a talented, energetic, and self-motivated Carpenter to join our maintenance team. As a Carpenter, you will perform a variety of residential carpentry and repair work, including:
Requirements
- Have experience in multiple areas of carpentry
- Own their own tools
- Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Can pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Finish carpentry
- Framing and structural repairs
- Flooring and subfloor repairs
- Window and door replacement
- Ceramic tile installation
- Light siding and roofing repairs
