As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Carpenter to our team! The Carpenter is responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry and building maintenance tasks to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of company facilities. This role focuses on repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor construction projects across occupied buildings and works closely with the maintenance team to ensure high-quality workmanship and minimal disruption to operations. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
3+ years of experience in carpentry, maintenance, or facilities repair.
Working knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Able and willing to be trained on the proper and safe operation of equipment as needed (e.g., Boom Lift).
Fluent English-speaking and writing skills are required.
Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
Must have positive points on state driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Perform general carpentry work including framing, drywall installation and repair, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and flooring.
Repair and maintain interior and exterior building components such as walls, ceilings, stairs, handrails, and structural fixtures.
Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Maintain clean and safe work areas, following all safety policies and procedures.
Document completed work and report any additional repair needs or safety concerns.
