About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Perform a variety of tasks involving the use of hand tools, such as, but not limited to, minor demolishing activities, wood, and metal stud framing Operate company equipment, receive material, and offload in a safe manner Prepare material takeoffs Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard Perform skilled carpentry work such as repairing and constructing all aspects of Wood/metal stud framing Operate a variety of hand and power tools Receive materials and offload in a safe and proficient Adhere to and sign all pre-task plans and/or job hazard analysis forms Prepare surfaces for paint and other applications Other duties, as assigned Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), on weekends. Employees will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent desired, and 2 to 3 years' experience in skilled carpentry Favorable driver's record/valid license. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired, and 2 to 3 years' experience in skilled carpentry
  • Favorable driver's record/valid license.
  • Must successfully complete background check and drug/alcohol
