Requirements

• Current Driver's License and Insurance
• Submit to a background check and provide references
• Reliable transportation (Preferably SUV, Truck, or Van)
• Own tools
• Smart phone and access to the internet
• Experience of 7+ years in remodeling or home repair trades (3-6 trade skills)
• Excellent customer service and sales skills

• Estimating experience preferred but we will train the right person

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate the cutting, shaping and installation of building materials during the construction, remodeling, or repair in a residential and light commercial setting
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of various types of wood, plywood and wallboard
• Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and quantities needed for new and existing projects
• Evaluate customer requests and present the work order with pricing
