About The Position

Take advantage of a four-day workweek, Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. This position offers four 10-hour shifts, overtime when available, and competitive starting pay of $15.00+ per hour, based on experience. Uses craftsmanship and attention to detail to mill and assemble pre-cut and prefabricated wood components into high-quality finished units. Bearwood Concepts, Inc. is an architectural millwork company specializing in the design and manufacturing of store fixtures for big box retail, specialty retail shops, restaurants, fitness centers, education, & medical facilities. We also manufacture and install millwork for commercial projects. Bearwood is privately held by hands-on owners that have over 150 years of millwork industry experience. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to: Read and understand measurements (Measurement Test Required)
Pass Background and Drug screening

Responsibilities

Setup and operate a wide variety of woodworking tools and machines.
Measures, shapes, adjusts, trims, and sands parts.
Applies glue and inserts dowels, nails, or screws to fasten parts together to form complete units.
Possession of basic tools and transportation to job sites.
Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.
