About The Position

Bayland Buildings is actively seeking Carpenters to work alongside crew members to complete the rough and finish Carpentry of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!

Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment

Responsibilities

• Work with crew members performing rough and finish carpentry on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects
• Frame interior walls, install trim and door frames, hang doors, and bath partitions
• Understand and follow a safe and quality work culture
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
