About The Position
Here at Skilled Trades Partners Inc., we are looking for a Carpenter for a project we have in Yarmouth, MA assisting with the installation of large, metal installation panels.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in general carpentry
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Experience with framing and structural assemblies
- Strong understanding of job-site safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity for hands-on work
- Reliability, punctuality, and accountability
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years experience(preferred)
Responsibilities
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood, plywood, aluminum, and composite material
- Safely operating hand and power tools while maintaining clean, organized job sites
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with project managers and fellow trades to meet project schedules
