Requirements

Carpentry and handyman experience in residential or restoration environments.
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Customer-focused mindset and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and light commercial carpentry repairs and remodeling.
Install drywall, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and flooring.
Complete painting, minor electrical/plumbing coordination, and finish work.
Work closely with Project Managers and field teams to complete jobs on schedule.
Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards.
Communicate professionally with customers.
Follow company processes and quality expectations.
