Accountable for a variety of general, mechanical, and preventative maintenance duties as well as inspections, servicing, repair, and overhaul of equipment and facilities of the hospital.
Demonstrates ability to perform finish carpentry work.
Demonstrates ability to install drywall, plaster, metal studs (building materials) and perform caulking.
Demonstrates ability to comprehend grades of lumber and types.
Demonstrates ability to perform lock repair and applications.
Demonstrates ability to perform basic cabinetry designs and drawings.
The individual must be able to work the hours specified.

Technical Certificate from an accredited program; three to six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
