About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. Under the direction of the Carpenter Foreman, this position involves traveling to various job sites to assist with construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of various phases of construction.
- Proficient in the safe use of power tools and other equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of lifting and supporting materials to complete assigned tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Complete construction projects in yards, plants, offices, and trailers.
- Occasionally operate construction equipment as needed.
- Travel daily to different job sites.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment at all times.
- Keep an insurable driving record.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
