Requirements

Previous carpentry or construction experience required (2+ years preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of carpentry and finishing work, including framing, drywall, trim, and cabinetry
Assist with demolition and reconstruction following water, fire, or storm damage
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
