About The Position

Overview Skilled Carpenter – Doors, Frames, Millwork and Hardware If you take pride in precision work and building products the right way, we want you on our team. We’re hiring a skilled carpenter to prepare, assemble, and inspect interior and exterior doors, frames, millwork, and hardware. This is hands-on work for someone who enjoys using tools, reading measurements, and delivering quality that holds up. What you’ll do Prepare, cut, grind, sand, and assemble doors, frames, and millwork to exact specifications using saws, drills, grinders, and other tools Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to confirm dimensions and calculate materials needed Assemble custom wood frame doors and related wood products as assigned Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards before it leaves the shop Load and secure orders onto customer and company delivery vehicles Package and label products accurately for transport Operate equipment safely, maintain tools, and keep a clean, organized workspace Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and keep production moving What we’re looking for 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred Comfortable using both power tools and hand tools Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Dependable, able to follow specifications and communicate clearly Forklift and hand truck experience is a plus Physical requirements and work environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs Work is performed indoors and outdoors with exposure to weather conditions Why work with us Your craftsmanship is valued and noticed Growth opportunity as the company continues to expand Supportive team environment focused on quality and getting the job done right Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

  • 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift and hand truck experience is a plus
