Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) or years’ experience as carpenter and general maintenance work
- Completion of apprenticeship in the trade in lieu of above stated experience
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned equipment and systems
- Maintain records of inspections, testing, repairs and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
- Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in construction and renovation projects as requested
