About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters of all skill levels for projects located in and around Beaver Dam and Columbus, WI. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $28–$33/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Journeyman, Apprentice, or Trim Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! Job Scope:
Ground-up residential new construction and remodel projects
Rough framing including walls, doors, windows, and trusses
Finish carpentry including cabinets, trim, case, and base
Deck building, siding, and occasional small roofing projects
Single-family and multi-family residential work
Working as part of a skilled residential carpentry crew

Requirements

• Proven residential carpentry experience (rough and/or finish)
• Journeyman-level or skilled apprentice experience accepted
• Must have carpentry hand tools and tool pouches
• Full PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, boots, and high-visibility apparel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations
• Reliable transportation
