About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our shop team. This role focuses on building and installing custom cabinetry, framing, and interior components inside camper vans. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and bringing creative builds to life, this is a great opportunity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of carpentry or woodworking experience (shop experience preferred)
• Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Comfortable working with power tools and shop equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in custom builds
• OSHA 10 preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience with van builds, RVs, or mobile interiors
• Knowledge of basic electrical or mechanical systems
• Finish carpentry experience

Responsibilities

• Build and install custom cabinetry, shelving, and structural components
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials
• Interpret design plans and adapt builds as needed
• Use shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members on custom builds and project timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
