Job Summary: This Carpenter position is responsible for performing carpentry assessments, maintenance, and repairs on both historic and non-historic structures while ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. The role includes accurate documentation of work in the CMMS system, proper tool and equipment management, and maintaining a safe, cooperative work environment. It also requires knowledge of OSHA standards and the ability to estimate and requisition materials effectively.
