Requirements

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Vocational/Technical School Degree.
• Minimum: Five (5) years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facilities in a presentable state of repair and appearance.
• Perform renovations and new construction in accordance with prints and applicable codes.
• Adjust, repair, replace, or re-key hardware as necessary.
• Lay out job for remodeling/renovation.
• Install studs after demolition.
• Perform demolition, installation, and finish work.
• Install doors and route hinge replacements.
• Square in openings and make necessary adjustments.
• Hang bulletin boards, pictures, and objects on walls.
• Install crash rails.
• Replace/install carpet and repair/replace/install baseboard.
• Repair/replace VA tile.
