About The Position

FT DAYLIGHT CARPENTER/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ~ Pittsburgh East Area 40 hours per week (Overtime Available) $17.00 - $28.00 PLUS Benefits - Salary requirements to be discussed/dependent on experience. Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Health Care Year Round Work Use of company vehicle during working hours Experienced Maintenance Tech with Carpentry skills pertaining to building maintenance (i.e. painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, renovations etc.). We provide a variety of services to our clients from all aspects of electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, renovations and more. 40 Hours per week with possible over time $17.00 - $28.00 PLUS Benefits - Salary requirements to be discussed and dependent on experience REQUIRES a Clear Background as well as Valid Driver's License and Dependable Transportation

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 Years Experience in Building Maintenance & Carpentry
• Electrical ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
• Plumbing ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
• Carpentry ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (framing, drywall)
• Painting ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (interior and exterior)
• Other attributes such as work history are taken into consideration as well
• MUST pass background clearance
• MUST have reliable transportation to and from QSI Office in Penn Hills
• MUST have Valid Driver’s License
