We are hiring a Carpenter Helper to assist with caulking and sealing solar panel systems on commercial projects in the Raleigh area. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing industry with steady work.
Requirements
- Experience with caulking required
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Ability to use ladders and lifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Responsibilities
- Apply caulking and sealants to solar panel installations
- Prep surfaces and ensure proper sealing for weatherproofing
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
