About The Position

As a Silvi Materials Maintenance Handyman, one will complete numerous tasks involved in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. By performing assigned task of maintaining and repairing the interior or exterior of company premises, you will ensure that our facilities are in top tier condition! Requirements

Valid Driver's License
At least 2 years of similar work experience.
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline-oriented and detail-oriented.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds on occasion.
Use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects
Stand for long periods of time.
Kneel, stoop, crouch, bend, stretch, twist or crawl.
Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them.
See details of objects that are less than a few feet away.
See differences between colors, shades, and brightness.

Nice To Haves

Graduation from a technical or skills trades school preferred but not required.

Perform maintenance and repairs in a well-organized manner
Obtains, stores, records, safeguards, and properly uses equipment, materials, and supplies.
Maintains a safe, clean working area.
Ability to drive a vehicle as needed.
