About The Position

Performs skilled carpenter duties related to the installation, preventative maintenance and repair of windows, doors, cabinetry, and other features of Resort condominiums and common areas. Frequent projects include window and door installation, wall trim/ crown molding installation, and furniture repair as directed by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years of professional trade experience in carpentry, maintenance, and repair.
• Extensive knowledge of standard practices, methodology, techniques, and requirements of the carpentry trade.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

• Skill with electronic devices such as iPhone and iPad.
• Experience in utilizing online work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled carpenter duties related to installation, maintenance, and repair of windows, doors, cabinetry, and other features.
• Install windows and doors as needed.
• Install wall trim and crown molding.
• Repair furniture as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate tracking of work time and materials used to complete work orders.
