SummaryThe Carpenter Foreman I provides direction and supervision to assigned crew and determines when to delegate or actually perform the work. Is fully competent in all facets of construction, erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood, or plywood using Carpenter's hand and power tools conforming to construction documents. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum or 4 years of related experience and/or training, including reading and interpreting construction documents.

• Provides Direction to Assigned Crew
• Installs Footing Forms
• Builds and Installs Wall and Column Forms
• Builds and Installs Structural Deck Forms
• Sets Slab-on-Grade Forms
• Preps and Sets Tilt-up/Precast Forms
• Works with Building Layout
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training/Certifications
