About The Position

The position involves providing leadership and management for concrete work at Sundt, a 100% employee-owned contractor. The role focuses on ensuring that all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and industry standards while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among crew members.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in the relevant construction market (level I) or six-plus years (level II).
• In-depth understanding of the trade(s) being supervised.
• Set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and supervision for concrete work planning and execution.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and superintendents.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment while maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Conduct and participate in safety, quality, production, and planning meetings.
• Conduct evaluations and performance agreements for foremen and crew members.
• Promote a Continuous Improvement culture within the crew.
• Ensure accuracy of time sheets, quantity, and productivity reports.
• Monitor and maintain schedules, coordinating with the master schedule.
• Support company policies and procedures regarding work and supervision.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to crew members.
