Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- A seasoned carpenter with at least 3+ years of verifiable general carpentry experience, preferably experience doing decks (trex), framing, and siding (James Hardy siding).
- Experienced at leading a crew to successfully complete jobs on-time with top quality work and happy customers.
- Ready to provide excellent customer service on every job.
- Great at communicating with team members and customers.
- Excited to learn the Webfoot Way of doing business.
- Driven to lead a high-performing team.
