JOB ROLE SUMMARY: DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability to read architectural floor plans Cursory knowledge of the construction industry and processes Must be proficient in installation of all doors and mechanical hardware. (Exit devices, closers, mortise locks, mullions, etc.) Flexibility to transfer between multiple projects on an as needed basis Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers and customers Other duties and job responsibilities as needed Minimum Tool Requirements: Work Boots w/ Safety Toe Cordless Drill Set w/ Tips (Impact and Driver Drill) Hand Tools As Required Tool cart Ladder Power Tools: Skill Saw Angle Grinder QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Able to stand for extended periods of time.
