About The Position
Performs a variety of guest service-related duties and assists with the general operation of the Carousel.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of guests on and around the carousel
- Operate, maintain, and clean the carousel and surrounding area
- Performing daily safety inspections of train, rails, and carousel
- Maintaining daily work records, including safety reports and attendance records
- Provide world-class customer service
- Communicate to guests and team members professionally, both in writing and verbally
- Answer phone and provide accurate answers to customer questions
- Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively
- Additional tasks assigned by management
