About The Position
This role at Visiting Angels centers on helping people live life on their own terms—right at home. As a Non-Medical In-Home Caregiver, you’ll step into a client’s daily routine as a steady, supportive presence, assisting with everyday tasks while respecting their independence and personal preferences. Rather than focusing on medical care, your impact comes from the small but meaningful moments—preparing a meal, keeping the home organized, offering a listening ear, or simply being there. You’ll help create a sense of normalcy, comfort, and connection, ensuring clients feel supported without losing control of their day-to-day lives. Each day can look a little different, but the goal is always the same: to make life easier, safer, and more enjoyable for the person in your care. This is a role for someone who values human connection, takes pride in helping others, and understands that compassion can be just as important as any clinical skill.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Have your own reliable vehicle and up-to-date car insurance.
- Valid Driver's License
