Now Hiring for a Care Center Advisor to help answer calls from insurance members!!! Description This person will specifically be supporting their new insurance client. They will be taking about 40-60 phone calls a day. As this is a new client a good portion of the calls are from insurance members calling to verify their insurance and to understand what benefits they have now that they do not have their previous coverage. Some other phone calls can be to verify network, find a clinic.
