Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- The vehicle must be 2013 model year or newer that is suitable for delivery.
- The vehicle must be in good working condition, maintain a professional appearance, be rust-free and pass a multi-point vehicle inspection
- Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
- Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
- You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes a: Driving History Review (past 36 months) Criminal Background Check Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver cargo to our valued customers on time, every time.
- Use GPS and mapping software to chart and follow the most streamlined routes.
- Maintain crystal-clear communication with customers and dispatchers, providing real-time updates and quickly addressing any issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, secure cargo properly, and use appropriate safety gear.
- Deliver a wave of customer service—handling questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Showcase your knack for quick thinking when faced with unexpected hurdles like traffic snags or incorrect addresses.
