About The Position

Requirements

• Experience with UC360 system.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provides real-time support during an assigned shift to internal customers in cargo, ramp, sales, customer service, and other operating groups relating to cargo and dangerous goods.
• Offers assistance on a broad variety of subjects such as product information, security, dangerous goods policies/procedures/clearance, automated system applications usage, revenue management, and embargoes.
• Conducts UC360 system testing and provides guidance to customers on completing transactions and addressing error messaging.
• Supports internal customers regarding dangerous goods handling, which may involve remote dangerous goods acceptance.
• Performs other functions within the scope of duties to provide quality customer service.
